Line has been used in this drawing and there is also some detail. The parrot has long and flowing feathers and there have been long stokes used. The parrot has a good pose as this is how it would sit and also there is the movement of the head. The face has some good detail as the part has mark on its face and there are some tonal values. There are some good angles drawn such as the curved beak, spine and also the almost 90 degree angle at on it wing. There are many convex curves at the bottom of the wing as this is where all the feathers can be seen separately. The tail also has long lines but there are mostly curved lines in the drawing of the parrot because of the pose.
